Chiropractic/Therapy Assistant - Join Our Empowering Team! About Us Amplified Chiropractic and Wellness Center is a growing, evidence-based chiropractic practice in Venice, FL, founded by Dr. Jordan Sanderson, DC. We treat patients through a three-phase care model — Overcome, Perform, Empower — combining chiropractic care with focused shockwave therapy to help patients recover from injury and get back to doing what they love. We work with both personal injury and general wellness patients, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us as the practice expands. The Role We're hiring a Chiropractic or Therapy Assistant to support Dr. Sanderson and the front office team with day-to-day patient care and clinic operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who's organized, personable, and comfortable working directly with patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. You'll be a key part of the patient experience from check-in through treatment support. What You'll Do Greet patients in the therapy room, prepare treatment rooms, and assist with patient flow throughout the day Take and record patient vitals and intake information Assist with therapy modalities, demonstration of exercises, and preparation of the shockwave treatment therapy setup, under the doctor's direction. Support scheduling, patient communication, and basic front-office tasks, as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Assist with patient education materials and reinforcing home-care instructions Support the doctor and team during busy periods, including coverage during staff absences What We're Looking For Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or other clinical support role preferred (not required for the right candidate) Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you'll be a patient's frequent point of contact Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented A team player who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us Be part of a growing practice with room to take on more responsibility over time Hands-on training in shockwave therapy and modern chiropractic care support Supportive, close-knit team environment Competitive pay to match experience Our Offer Join us in amplifying our patient's health and helping them Overcome, Perform, and Empower their lives !
