Job Description
Overview Join our chiropractic office as a Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk! We are building a positive, patient-centered team from day one. This energetic role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for patients while supporting the smooth operation of our chiropractic practice. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring each patient feels valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and commitment to excellent patient service will help foster a positive experience that encourages patient loyalty and promotes overall wellness. Spanish language skills are highly valued as members of the community we want to serve are spanish-speaking. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk Assist patients with intake forms, gather medical history, and verify insurance information accurately Maintain clear communication with patients regarding appointment schedules, treatment plans, and follow-up care Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders to optimize clinic flow Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Prepare patients for their assigned therapies. Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls to appropriate staff members Opportunities to assist with social media content and practice marketing may also be available. Qualifications Proven experience in patient service or front desk roles within healthcare settings preferred Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role Ability to solve basic math problems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with intake procedures, insurance verification and electronic health records systems preferred Experience in healthcare or office setting preferred, but not necessary.
