Work alongside an OCS mentor and receive support as you develop your clinical skills and pursue clinical excellence Physical Therapist Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments for patients with injuries, illnesses, or other conditions affecting function and mobility Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, prevent disability, and reduce pain Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care and progress Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, and other required patient information Educate patients and their families on appropriate care, therapeutic exercises, and home programs Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare regulations and company policies Complete billing and documentation responsibilities accurately and timely Perform other duties as assigned Why Rehab Solutions?
