Schedule Monday:

8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 2:30 PM-6:30

PM Wednesday:

8:00 AM-12:00

PM Friday:

8:00 AM-12:00 PM Every other Saturday, as needed: 10:00 AM-2:00 PM Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional patient service throughout their visit. Assist with patient intake, including collecting vital signs and updating medical histories. Accurately enter and maintain patient information using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Prepare examination and treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness, and organize chiropractic equipment and supplies. Support chiropractors during patient assessments and treatments as directed. Accurately document patient information, treatment notes, and other medical documentation. Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions, medication administration as directed, and lifestyle modifications that support their overall health and wellness. Assist with daily clinic operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies. Ensure equipment and treatment areas are properly maintained and ready for patient care. Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional clinical environment. Follow all applicable office procedures, safety protocols, and patient privacy requirements. Requirements Prior experience in a medical office, healthcare support, medical assisting, or related role; experience in an outpatient or chiropractic setting is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and basic life support (BLS) . Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems and related management tools. Strong communication and patient-service skills. Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with patients and team members. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced clinical environment. Dependable, punctual, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
