$38.00-$60.00 per hour, depending on position and experience Park Place Nursing & Rehabilitation in Monroe, GA, is seeking compassionate and motivated rehabilitation professionals to join our team on a PRN basis.We are currently hiring:
Occupational Therapist (OTR) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapy services according to each resident's individualized plan of care. Evaluate residents and develop occupational therapy treatment plans within the OTR's scope of practice. Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Monitor and document residents' progress accurately and promptly. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, medical, and interdisciplinary team members. Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment techniques and safety. Follow facility policies and all applicable state and federal regulations. Help residents improve their mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. Qualifications Current Georgia license applicable to the position. Graduate of an accredited occupational or physical therapy assistant program. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience is preferred.
