What You'll Do You'll be the heartbeat of the office experience, from the first interaction to ongoing care. Create a welcoming, calm, and elevated experience for every patient Manage scheduling and patient flow with efficiency and care Handle billing, payments, and care plan coordination Maintain patient records and assist with office metrics Support communication via phone, text, and email Assist with light social media content (Instagram, Canva, etc.) Keep the office environment clean, organized, and inviting Build genuine relationships with families (yes… baby snuggles included) What Makes You a Great Fit Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and people skills Ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead Comfortable with technology (Jane App, Canva, social media is a plus) Quick learner who thrives in a structured system Passion for working with moms, babies, and families Bonus if you: Have experience in chiropractic, healthcare, or wellness Love content creation or branding Enjoy being part of a growing business and contributing ideas Position Details Part-time (with strong growth potential into a larger role) No Fridays + flexible scheduling Performance-based bonuses available Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding practice Why This Role is Different You won't just be "working the front desk."
