Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive, efficient, and dependable team member with excellent communication skills. This is a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, so the ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize responsibilities is essential. The ideal candidate is committed to providing a welcoming experience, staying attentive to patients' needs, and taking initiative to complete tasks independently without requiring constant oversight. This role includes hands-on training to assist our doctors and support patients throughout their therapies, including explaining each treatment and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed. We provide all necessary training, so previous experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is interested in building a career in healthcare. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and a positive attitude are a must. Duties Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Manage patient flow throughout the clinic by directing and escorting patients to each stage of their visit. Learn and understand our therapies well enough to confidently explain the treatment process and expected effects to patients. Set up and administer therapies as directed. Listen to patient concerns and communicate important information to the doctors. Maintain opening and closing routines for treatment areas. Complete daily operational tasks, including stocking exam rooms with gowns and necessary supplies. Monitor and maintain inventory of treatment supplies, such as cleaning wipes, EMS pads, and other clinic essentials. Effectively multitask while assisting multiple patients, responding to changing priorities, and helping ensure the clinic operates efficiently throughout the day. Qualifications Prior experience in a medical setting such as dermatology, hospital medicine, urgent care, or outpatient clinics is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to handle medical administrative support tasks efficiently while maintaining a compassionate attitude towards patients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
