As a physical therapist or occupational therapist with us, you would be responsible for your own caseload of patients 4-5 days/wk depending on the days/hours you are looking for. Opportunity to focus on outpatient orthopedics, outpatient neuro, or learn more about our specialities in oncology or vestibular therapy. We have a mentoring program for all physical therapists who join us, we would love to help you succeed in your personal and professional goals! This will include structured weekly time with a mentor to learn (or re-learn) some of the fundamentals so that we can assure our therapists have a solid start on our team. • Provide excellent physical therapy care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Communicate well with our patients and other team members
• Ability to work closely with all clinic staff- other admin Care Coordinators, PT's, PTA's, OT's and massage therapists- to create positive patient experiences, cultivate strong team relationships, and build morale.
• Ability to be adaptable with team members, be enthusiastic and proactive to get patients scheduled and to help create a positive impact in people's lives.
