  • Full-time Growing chiropractic clinic in Cedar Falls is looking for an energetic, professional Chiropractic Office Assistant to work side by side with our team.
We need a quick-learner with excellent communication skills to run the day to day operations of the clinic. Applicant must have strong customer service skills, and sales capabilities would be a bonus.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Handle all insurance info including but not limited to; registration and processing of new patient paperwork, verifying eligibility of patient insurance, electronic and paper claims processing and handling of Explanation of Benefits, patient billing and payment processing, collections from insurance and patients, and scheduling patient appointments and patient follow up Take initiative, dependable, multi tasker, efficient, organized and self-confident Great team player but is also capable of working with minimal supervision Efficient with social media platforms and able to generate appropriate content
Hours:
32+ hours; Monday and Thursday until 6pm. Flexibility is a must Education and Experience High School diploma or GED equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree recommended. Must have two to three years' experience working with people, preferably in an office or medical office environment Experience with chiropractic care is preferred.
