Cedar Rapids, IA Job Details Full-time 2 hours ago Qualifications Interpersonal skills Maintaining patient confidentiality Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Organizational skills Productivity software Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized, neatly presented Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to be responsible for our office front desk duties. The Chiropractic Assistant's responsibilities include answering e-mails, and phone calls, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, walk patients back to assigned rooms. To be successful as a Chiropractic Assistant, you must be able to work with sensitive patient data and maintain confidentiality. You should also be able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy in your work. Top candidates will be detail-oriented and service-driven. Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival Ensuring that the waiting area remains in excellent conditions at all times Answering phone calls and responding to e-mails Scheduling appointments Collecting and recording patients personal and health information Patient collections and financial information Preparing adjustment rooms prior to appointments, as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Pay Based on experience Four-day work week and no weekends Applicants will be notified within 72hrs for an interview Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding patient care through energetic service and meticulous administrative support.
