We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Part-Time/PRN Physical Therapist or Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will play a critical role in helping residents recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and regain their independence. Working closely with our interdisciplinary team, you will develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.Compensation & Benefits:

Required:
Current state Physical Therapist Assistant license. Valid CPR certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Preferred:
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment. Familiarity with rehab and geriatric care.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to alleviate pain and enhance physical function. Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to maintain progress and prevent further injury. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care and optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress and feedback. Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and facility guidelines.Why Join Us:
