We do this through love, honesty, and enthusiasm!! Our office is in need for a dedicated chiropractic assistant that can handle patient-related duties. When our patients walk into the office, we want them to find a confident, friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, an enthusiastic positive attitude and a strong work ethic. This candidate needs to be committed to stay focused and on-task at work.
Main office assistant responsibilities:
Enter chart notes for Doctor on i-pad Clean rooms between patients Maintain a clean office including all rooms and bathrooms Room prep for the doctor Assist with Acupuncture (cannot have phobia of needles!) Prep files for the next day Participate in training and staff meetings Other Office duties when needed: Answer a multi-phone line system Check patients in and out and re-schedule as they leave Complete training for the position will be provided
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient with windows, word documents Is a quick learner can navigate computer systems Need to be detail oriented and the ability to organize able to prioritize work Excellent written and verbal skills Clean and professional in appearance and presentation Professional and friendly phone manner/voice Great attitude!!•No complaining!!•No Drama!!! Is a team player Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast-paced environment good math skills Type at least 55 WPM High school diploma/GED required (college degree preferred) In good physical condition (requirement for the position) You will be up and down quite a bit throughout the day!
Working Hours:
(approx): 33-36 hrs per wk•-Mon/Wed 8:30-1:15 and 2:15-6:45. Tues/Thurs 1:00-6:30. Friday 7:15-1:00 (hours may change slightly due to office needs and training)
