Job Description

Step into a dynamic school setting near Arlington Heights, IL, and provide impactful therapy support for students during an engaging, full-time maternity leave assignment from August through October. Youll bring your expertise as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant to help students thrive academically and physically, collaborating closely with the educational team.
Qualifications:
Active Illinois PT or PTA license Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Solid communication and collaboration skills when working with educators, students, and families Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices Flexibility to adapt to varying caseload needs across student populations
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students in alignment with their individualized education plans (IEPs) Participate in IEP meetings and contribute strategies that support student access to educational programming Document progress clearly and efficiently, maintaining compliance with school and state regulations Educate school staff and families about therapy practices when appropriate Adjust interventions and schedules as needed to support student goals throughout the assignment Collaborate with other support staff and administration to foster a positive learning environment Enjoy a range of benefits, including highly competitive compensation with convenient weekly pay and a comprehensive insurance package encompassing medical, dental, vision, and life coverage.
