Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant who loves working one-on-one with patients and wants to be part of a collaborative, evidence-based team? At Chicago Spine & Stability , Our PTAs work alongside physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and rehabilitation staff to help patients recover faster and stay active. Located in the heart of Chicago's West Loop, our modern multidisciplinary clinic provides comprehensive care for orthopedic injuries, sports medicine, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, prenatal/postpartum conditions, vestibular rehabilitation, and pelvic floor physical therapy. Our integrated approach allows patients to receive the right care at the right time, all under one roof. What You'll Do Working under the direction of our licensed Physical Therapists, you will: Deliver high-quality physical therapy treatments based on the established plan of care Progress therapeutic exercise programs Provide neuromuscular re-education, balance training, gait training, and functional movement activities Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention Document treatments accurately and efficiently Communicate closely with Physical Therapists regarding patient progress Collaborate daily with Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, and other providers to coordinate exceptional patient care Help create an outstanding patient experience from the first visit through discharge What Makes Our Clinic Different At Chicago Spine & Stability, you'll have the opportunity to: Work in a true multidisciplinary outpatient setting Collaborate daily with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, and Acupuncturists Treat a wide variety of orthopedic and sports medicine conditions Learn from experienced clinicians who enjoy mentoring and teaching Build meaningful relationships with patients through one-on-one care Work in a positive, team-oriented culture where everyone supports one another Grow professionally as our Physical Therapy department continues to expand Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Illinois PTA license (or eligible for licensure) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation New graduates are welcome to apply Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Outpatient orthopedics Sports rehabilitation Manual therapy support Post-operative rehabilitation Balance or vestibular rehabilitation Exercise progression and functional training Benefits We believe in taking care of our team.
