Category Schools - PTA Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic environment supporting young learners near Chicago, IL, as a Physical Therapist Assistant for a school-based setting. Qualifications:

Associate's degree or higher in Physical Therapy is required Valid Illinois state PTA license Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is desirable Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to creating a positive, supportive environment for children

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy support and interventions as directed by the supervising physical therapist Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students Monitor student progress and document outcomes to support their growth Collaborate closely with educators, families, and clinicians to ensure integrated care Participate in school-based meetings as needed Help maintain equipment and therapy spaces in compliance with all safety and hygiene standards
