Job Description

For nearly 20 years, Precise Chiropractic Center has specialized in helping patients with disc injuries and chronic spinal conditions regain their quality of life without surgery or medication. Every day, you'll work directly with patients using advanced rehabilitation technology and guided therapeutic exercise to help them recover. We're looking for a confident, patient-focused Chiropractic Assistant or Rehab Therapy Assistant who enjoys working directly with people. The ideal candidate communicates naturally, takes initiative, and quickly builds trust with patients while delivering exceptional care. This is not a front desk position. You'll spend your day moving, interacting with patients, operating therapy equipment, teaching exercises, and helping patients progress through their care plans. You'll be interacting with patients throughout nearly your entire shift, so confidence, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential. What You'll Do Working alongside our doctors, you'll help patients through every stage of their treatment by: Operating spinal decompression and rehabilitation equipment Administering Class IV Laser and SoftWave therapy (training provided) Explaining treatments and answering patient questions Monitoring patient comfort and progress Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining an efficient patient flow Encouraging and motivating patients throughout their care We're Looking For Someone Who Enjoys working directly with people throughout the day Communicates confidently and professionally Can comfortably give patients clear instructions Learns quickly and takes initiative Is dependable, organized, and positive Thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment Wants a long-term career—not just another job Preferred Experience Ideal candidates have at least one year of hands-on, direct patient-care experience. Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Chiropractic Assistant Medical Assistant Physical Therapy Aide Rehabilitation Technician Athletic Trainer Occupational Therapy Assistant Exercise Science / Kinesiology EMT, CNA, or another direct patient-care role Experience with spinal decompression, therapeutic modalities, or rehabilitation equipment is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training on all of our specialized technology. We're looking for someone with strong patient-care skills, professionalism, and the confidence to learn—not someone who already knows everything. Physical Requirements This is an active clinical position.
