We run advanced technology — AccuSpina IDD, Hill DT traction, Class IV Laser, and SoftWave — and we are seeking an experienced Rehab & Therapy Technician who is confident working directly with patients and ready to become part of a high-performing clinical team. Day to day, you will: Setting up and monitoring patients on spinal decompression and traction equipment Administering Class IV Laser and SoftWave therapy following established protocols Guiding patients through individualized rehab exercise progressions Maintaining smooth patient flow and fully prepped treatment rooms Educating and encouraging patients throughout their treatment program Reinforcing doctor-directed care plans and prescribed exercises Building patient confidence while ensuring a consistent treatment experience This Role Is a

Strong Fit If You Are:

Qualifications 2-3 years minimum of hands-on patient care in a chiropractic, medical, or rehab setting (Required) Background as a Chiropractic Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Physical Therapy Aide strongly preferred Hands-on experience with therapeutic modalities and patient setup is required; while prior experience with our specific equipment (AccuSpina IDD, SoftWave, Class IV Laser) is not necessary, comprehensive training is provided — we are looking for someone who already possesses strong clinical judgment and patient care skills Strong patient communication skills and a professional, team-oriented demeanor Ability to remain on your feet, move continuously, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift Local to the Lake in the Hills / northwest suburbs area — reliable commute required Benefits 401(k) with employer matching Employee Chiropractic Care Paid time off To Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
