Hello! We're a family chiropractic practice in Libertyville, and we're looking for a great addition to our team. We're a close knit group. We support each other, we get along well, and we genuinely enjoy the work we do. Our patients mean everything to us, and we're looking for someone who feels the same way about people. No medical background is required for this role. Any kind of medical experience is a strong plus, but it's not necessary. What matters most to us is how you connect with people. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a natural rapport with patients, and an upbeat, positive attitude. Everything else can be taught and trained in house. What you'll be doing: Scheduling patients and keeping the day running smoothly Collecting payments Assisting patients hands on (training provided, no experience required) Being the welcoming face that makes our patients feel at home Computer literacy is important, since scheduling and payments are a core part of the role. Beyond that, we're looking for someone with a genuinely great attitude who enjoys working with people.

Schedule:

Required:

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:45pm to 5:00pm Preferred (not required, but strongly encouraged): Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:00pm to 7:00pm
