Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in providing exceptional care and support within our chiropractic clinic. You will assist the chiropractor with patient care, perform administrative tasks, and help ensure a positive experience for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the chiropractor in conducting patient assessments, including taking vital signs, documenting medical history, performing basic physical examinations, and taking X-rays. Support during chiropractic treatments by preparing treatment rooms, positioning patients, and assisting with therapies. Educate patients on proper posture, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall wellness. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling insurance documentation. Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment to ensure safety and comfort for patients. Collaborate with the chiropractor and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for efficient administrative management. Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment with healthcare professionals. Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
