Job Description

Join our growing outpatient physical therapy team! NorthShore Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional patient care in a friendly, professional outpatient clinic. ⭐ Russian-speaking candidates are strongly preferred. What We Offer Flexible Part-Time schedule Supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern outpatient clinic Opportunity to work one-on-one with patients Competitive compensation (based on experience) Long-term growth opportunities Responsibilities Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities Monitor patient progress and document treatment sessions Prepare and sanitize treatment areas and equipment Maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on exercises and home programs Ensure treatment rooms are organized and fully stocked Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising Physical Therapist Qualifications Current Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the therapy team Outpatient experience is a plus, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply Russian language skills preferred If you're passionate about helping patients recover, regain mobility, and improve their quality of life, we'd love to hear from you!
