Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Conduct therapeutic exercises, functional training, and manual therapy techniques as directed. Observe and report patient responses to treatment, including progress and any adverse reactions, to the Physical Therapist. Modify treatment techniques within the scope of the established plan of care to support patient progress. Instruct patients and caregivers on prescribed home exercise programs and techniques for injury prevention and self-care. Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred. Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise. Passion for individualized care and a hands-on, patient-centered approach. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
