ChestertonCrown PointMichigan CityPortageScherervilleKey ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients, review medical history and functional limitations, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans with measurable goals.
Provide orthopedic physical therapy focused on reducing pain and restoring mobility, strength, function, and overall physical health.Deliver therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and functional rehabilitation.
Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as appropriate, and document evaluations, treatments, outcomes, and progress in the EMR.Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, body mechanics, recovery strategies, and self-management.
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, OTs, PTAs, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate knowledge of CPT/ICD coding and documentation requirements for billing and clinical services.
Participate in continuing education, clinical training, and initiatives supporting clinical excellence, patient service, and teamwork.
QualificationsCurrent, valid Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
BLS certification required at the time of hire.
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate preferred.
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
Candidates from other physical therapy backgrounds may be considered.

CompensationBase salary starts at $92,000 annually, with a defined salary range based on experience.
