Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Crown Point, Indiana team. In this role, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care. Your contributions will be vital in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life. $1,000 sign on bonus! Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities as directed by the supervising therapist. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Document patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with facility policies. Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

Active Indiana PTA license in good standing (required). Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Skills Experience in outpatient clinics is preferred. Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. New grads welcome to apply!
