Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

Territory:

Indianapolis proper, Teams 3-4

Active PTA license Minimum 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years Home Health experience required HCHB experience preferred

Have you worked in Home Health in Indianapolis or a similar territory before? Do you have experience using HCHB (Homecare Homebase)? Are you comfortable with a Monday-Friday schedule and approximately 30 visits? Are you available to start 10/12/2026 for the full 10-week contract? Are you comfortable working in the Indianapolis proper territory?
