Physical Therapy Assistant We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed physical therapists to provide high-quality care and support to our patients. Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
Assist physical therapists in providing hands-on care to patients, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities. 2.
Treatment Planning:
Collaborate with the physical therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals. 3.
Documentation:
Accurately and timely document patient progress, treatment interventions, and any changes in condition in compliance with regulatory standards. 4.
Patient Education:
Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care techniques, and strategies to promote independence and recovery. 5.
Equipment and Supplies:
Set up and maintain therapy equipment and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and functionality. 6.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on patient progress and coordinate care. 7.
Compliance:
Adhere to all legal and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols. 8.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on current trends and advancements in physical therapy practice through professional development activities, conferences, and workshops.
Requirements:
- 1. Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. 2. Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant. 3.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. 4. Knowledge of therapeutic techniques, exercise protocols, and modalities commonly used in physical therapy. 5. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation practices.- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. 6.
