Job Description
Overview All America Home Healthcare Inc We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team, has Full-Time, Part-Time PRN position open , Gary, Crown point, Hammond , Merryville should be Indiana licensed, some experience required. Hired Candidates will be working in Field Visiting Patient at Patient Home . Interested candidates please send us your Resume Responsibilities
- Work closely with patients to implement care plans as directed by the physical therapist
- Assist in conducting therapeutic exercises and manual techniques
- Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising physical therapist
- Aid in discharge planning and follow-up care instructions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide support in various settings such as clinics, inpatient facilities, and acute care environments Skills
- Proficiency in pediatric, orthopedic, and occupational health physical therapy
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on individualized treatment plans
- Ability to assist in developing and implementing care plans
- Knowledge of clinic operations and inpatient rehabilitation procedures
- Familiarity with discharge planning and post-treatment follow-up
