Department:
Outpatient Physical Therapy Join a collaborative and patient-focused therapy team where your skills make a real impact. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you'll treat, and guide patients through personalized recovery plans. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and enhance the patient experience, all while growing your own clinical skills in a supportive environment. What You'll Do Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapy plans, and home exercises Document progress notes accurately and timely Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings and case management Supervise rehab techs, and volunteers Participate in departmental initiatives and student programs
What We're Looking For Education:
Associates Degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
Licensure & Certifications:
Certificate as Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Indiana Current CPR certification
Experience:
Clinical experience preferred New graduates welcome
Skills:
