Prepare patients for chiropractic examinations by explaining procedures, positioning them appropriately, and ensuring comfort throughout visits. Assist chiropractors during adjustments and therapeutic procedures, including applying modalities or supportive devices as directed. Manage medical documentation accurately, including recording patient histories, updating medical records, and coding diagnoses with ICD (International Classification of Diseases) codes. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining organized medical records in compliance with privacy regulations. Perform basic clinical tasks like phlebotomy (blood draws), medication administration under supervision, and assisting with X-ray procedures when necessary. Requirements Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EHR systems) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) management for efficient data entry and retrieval preferred. Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically while managing multiple priorities effectively.
