This is for a Full-Time position. Hours MTWF 8-6 and Sat 8-11. About the Role As our Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patients. You'll greet everyone with a smile, manage appointment scheduling, handle phone calls, and provide essential administrative support—all while keeping our office running smoothly. Your ability to multi-task, stay organized, and tackle challenges with a "whatever it takes" attitude will set you up for success in this dynamic position. What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients and visitors with genuine friendliness and professionalism
  • Manage phone lines, emails, and appointment scheduling efficiently
  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with care
  • Assist with insurance verification and patient billing as needed
  • Support practitioners and other staff with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Keep the reception area neat, organized, and inviting
  • Troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly to changing priorities What We're Looking For
