Job Summary :
Individual who provides physical therapy services under the supervision and direction of the licensed physical therapist. PTAs implement selected components of patient interventions & treatments.
Job Qualifications :
Graduated from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited PTA Current unrestricted PTA license or certification (state specific). Current unrestricted Driver's License. Experience as required by current practicing State Board to treat patients in their homes. Therapy skills consistent with generally accepted standards of practice according to the APTA. Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of durable medical equipment appropriate for patients with physical therapy needs. Proof of current CPR certification. Reliable Transportation with valid and current auto liability insurance. We are an equal opportunity employer.
