Description Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-Time | Outpatient | 414 Newman Dr, Box 8, Eddyville, KY 42038 H2 Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Eddyville, Kentucky. Our Eddyville outpatient clinic provides individualized rehabilitation services to patients with a variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, and musculoskeletal conditions. Clinicians enjoy working in a supportive environment where teamwork, quality care, and professional growth are prioritized. Your Role Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. Assist patients in achieving functional goals through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Provide patient and caregiver education to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions. Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Physical Therapist. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment progress. Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. Manage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per day. Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to support individualized plans of care. Contribute to a positive, patient-first clinical environment focused on exceptional outcomes.
