Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Active state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Experience working in school or pediatric settings, with strong skills adapting to childrens unique therapy needs. Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families for optimal student outcomes. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Enthusiasm for travel and adapting to new educational environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs). Work side-by-side with physical therapists and educational staff to deliver targeted interventions. Document session notes, progress, and communication in a timely manner. Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and family communications as needed. Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and state regulations. Contribute positively to a collaborative therapy team, sharing insights and supporting your colleagues.
