What You'll Do Deliver skilled Physical Therapy treatments based on established plans of care Progress exercises and treatments using clinical judgment and patient response Improve movement quality, strength, mobility, and function Educate patients so they stay engaged and confident in their recovery Collaborate closely with PTs to ensure continuity of care Build strong patient relationships that improve accountability and outcomes If You're a New Grad PTA Structured onboarding from day one. You will receive guidance, mentorship, and support so you can build real confidence as a clinician. Hands-on mentorship from experienced PTs. Learn how to think clinically, progress treatments properly, and develop strong patient interaction skills. A supportive learning environment. You will be trusted to deliver care intentionally and adapt treatments based on patient presentation. A voice within the clinic.
