Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Lake Charles, LA Area Offering an incentive bonus up to $15,000.00 Synergy Care is currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing rehabilitation team! These full-time positions provide the opportunity to work across Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Assisted/Independent Living (AL/IL) communities, helping older adults maximize their independence and quality of life. Qualifications Physical Therapist (PT): Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Louisiana PT license (or eligible). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Louisiana PTA license (or eligible). Passion for providing outstanding patient care.
