Your role is an important part of creating a positive patient experience. What You'll Do Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit. Escort patients to treatment areas. Supervise exercises already prescribed by the Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant. Count repetitions and encourage patients during exercise. Observe patients and report any concerns to the clinical team. Prepare treatment areas and exercise equipment. Clean and sanitize treatment tables and equipment. Keep the clinic stocked, organized, and safe. Assist with basic paperwork, scheduling, and clinic operations when needed. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required One year of related experience preferred Friendly, dependable, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working directly with patients Able to stay organized and productive in a busy clinic Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday Students pursuing Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Health Sciences, Biology, Nursing, Pre-PT, Pre-Med, or another healthcare field are encouraged to apply.
