Physical Therapist Assistant (Full-Time) Grace Health and Rehab - Slaughter, LA Synergy Care is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at the Veterans Home in Slaughter, Missouri. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Qualifications:
