We are seeking a PT and a PTA to round out our dedicated Home Care therapy team. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, geriatrics, and medical terminology to inform effective treatment implementation. Proficiency in clinical assessment documentation and medical documentation practices to ensure accurate record-keeping. Experience with outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient settings, or home health environments is highly desirable. Skilled in using medical equipment operation relevant to physical therapy interventions including therapeutic modalities and manual therapy tools. Excellent caregiver communication skills to educate patients and family members about treatment goals and care plans. Ability to work independently in home health settings while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. Familiarity with discharge planning processes and managing care transitions across different healthcare environments.

Pay:

$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
