Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team in Brockton, MA. In this role, you will work directly under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized, high-quality care that helps patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Execute individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Guide patients through targeted exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility routines. Educate patients and their family caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques. Accurately track and document patient progress in accordance with state guidelines and clinic standards. Qualifications Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Active (or eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts. CPR/BLS certification. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
