You will work closely with chiropractors and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional service, educate patients, and promote overall health and well-being. Responsibilities Assist chiropractors with patient intake, including gathering medical history and explaining procedures clearly and compassionately Support patient assessments by monitoring vitals, conducting basic physiology and anatomy evaluations, and documenting findings accurately Manage patient communication effectively via in-person interactions and Utilize medical software for scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and documenting treatment plans with precision Maintain a clean, organized treatment area while adhering to safety protocols and confidentiality standards Requirements Prior experience or strong interest in patient service, healthcare support, or holistic therapies is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and medical software systems is essential for effective communication and documentation Ability to communicate clearly with clients of all ages while demonstrating empathy and professionalism Familiarity with intake procedures, patient assessment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is an excellent fit for motivated individuals eager to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through compassionate care and holistic health practices.
