Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care Join our dynamic rehabilitation team at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care, a leading provider of medical rehabilitation and long-term care services in Hadley, Massachusetts. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their full potential and regain independence. About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care to our patients. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct sessions, and analyze patient progress. Your exceptional communication skills and patient-centered approach will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Conduct patient evaluations and assessments, and document findings accurately Provide therapy sessions to patients, including exercises, gait training, and other interventions Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve patient goals Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements Education :
Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies or related field
Experience :
Minimum (n/a) years of experience as a
Physical Therapist Assistant License/Certification :
Current PTA certification and Massachusetts licensure (if required)
Skills :
