Job Description

PhysioHealth Physical Therapy is a patient-centered outpatient clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care. Our team is committed to helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to support our therapists and enhance the patient experience. Position Summary The Physical Therapy Technician will assist our licensed physical therapists with daily clinic operations, patient preparation, and exercise instruction. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals interested in physical therapy, exercise science, kinesiology, or other healthcare fields. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists with setting up and guiding patients through prescribed exercises Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean, organized, and functioning properly Greet patients, help them get situated, and support a smooth clinic flow Maintain accurate and timely documentation as directed Perform light administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and answering phones Provide a friendly, welcoming, and professional environment for all patients Follow clinic policies, safety procedures, and HIPAA guidelines Qualifications Strong interest in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to follow directions and work well as part of a team Previous experience in a healthcare or fitness setting is a plus but not required
Schedule Part-time:
10-15 hours per week Tuesday and Thursday Benefits Hands-on experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting Mentorship opportunities with licensed PTs and PTAs Ideal for students completing observation hours or preparing for PT/PTA school Supportive and collaborative team environment
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
