Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) -
Full-Time LTC Therapy:
Blackstone Valley HealthRehabilitation Whitinsville, MA $33-$36/hour LTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Blackstone Valley HealthRehabilitation. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting, supporting recovery, mobility, and functional independence.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and mobility programs Observe resident performance and communicate progress and concerns to the Physical Therapist Encourage resident participation and support achievement of individualized therapy goals Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required Direct Hire. No Agency.
