Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team. The PTA will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide quality treatment and rehabilitation services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Physical Therapist with patient treatment plans and rehabilitation programs. Provide therapeutic exercises and activities as directed. Monitor and document patients' progress and response to treatment. Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional activities. Educate patients and families on prescribed exercises and therapy techniques. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Follow all facility policies, safety guidelines, and infection-control procedures. Communicate effectively with the Physical Therapist and other members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

Current and active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the MA. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience preferred.
