We welcome the opportunity to speak with you so we can share with you the services and programs we offer. Located right off Routes 190 & 140, we are 15 minutes from Worcester & Leominster, and 25 minutes from Gardner & Marlborough. Our beautiful, modern 143 bed facility is situated on 22 pastoral acres and includes a STR/subacute unit and two long term care units. Our programs include long term care, respite, hospice, and short term rehab including post surgical, wound care, orthopedic, stroke recovery, cardiopulmonary and respiratory.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREREQUISITES
• Current licensure in Massachusetts as a Physical Therapy Assistant.

From $37.00 per hour
