Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Concierge Physical Therapy - 4.8 Sutton, MA Job Details Part-time $65,000 - $78,500 a year 20 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Customer service BLS Certification Full Job Description The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional, evidence-based patient care. PTAs play a critical role in helping patients recover from injury, improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their personal goals while creating an outstanding patient experience every visit. At Concierge Physical Therapy, PTAs are valued clinical partners who combine hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and compassionate care to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes. We believe in quality over quantity, one-on-one care, and building lasting relationships with every patient. Essential Responsibilities Deliver individualized treatment interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Progress therapeutic exercise programs based on established plans of care. Provide manual therapy and other skilled interventions within the PTA scope of practice. Educate patients on exercises, recovery expectations, and healthy movement strategies. Monitor patient progress and communicate clinical observations to the supervising Physical Therapist. Document treatments accurately and complete documentation within required timeframes. Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Clinic Directors, Front Desk Ambassadors, and Aides to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment. Uphold all state practice acts, company policies, and ethical standards. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient success and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Massachusetts PTA license (or eligible for licensure). Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to exceptional customer service and patient-centered care. Preferred Outpatient orthopedic experience. Manual therapy experience. Growth mindset with a passion for lifelong learning. Experience using electronic medical records. Lift, move, or assist patients and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Demonstrate therapeutic exercises and manual techniques.
