Job Summary:
At Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Webster, we are seeking full-time and per diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a PTA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and therapy services to our residents. If you are passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. Weekly pay up to $40 an hour.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist Participate in clinical program development and implementation Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis Demonstrate consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program CEU's per state licensure requirements Must possess an active and unencumbered PTA license in Massachusetts or be in the process of obtaining one New graduates welcome!
