In this role, you'll: Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans. Assist patients with exercises, functional activities, and therapeutic equipment. Monitor patient progress and report observations to the Physical Therapist. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and condition management. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient environment. You'll be a perfect fit if you have: An Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy and a current state license. Strong clinical skills and experience working with a diverse patient population.
