Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Home Health Help patients get stronger where it matters most: at home. At Elara Caring, you'll work one-on-one with patients as they rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence in their daily routines. You'll have the independence of working in the field and the support of a collaborative therapy team. What you'll do Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you'll provide treatment in patients' homes according to their plan of care. You'll help patients practice safe movement and use assistive devices, teach home exercises to patients and caregivers, and promptly share changes in a patient's condition with the Physical Therapist.
