Compensation Competitive Salary:

$90,000 - 105,000 annually Compensation is based on experience, productivity, and overall contribution to the company. Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, balance training, and manual therapy techniques within the PTA scope of practice. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in patient status to the supervising Physical Therapist. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to promote safety and independence. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers, and the therapy team to provide exceptional patient care.
