Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Schedule:

5x8

• At least 32 hours
• Available for 2 evening shifts per week
• Volume expectation 45-50 patients/week today and a recruiter will follow up with the details.
